So, a long, long time ago I had this idea for this fic. And it was going to be about Peter Pettigrew, who I had recently fallen head over heels in love with on the basis of nothing more than empathy and good old fashion orniness (no one else liked him, what can I say?)
Then, geyahi came along, with a fic request for a sympathetic Peter for springtime_gen and this fic grew out of it. I am more proud of this than I am of anything else I have written, ever.
