What do you do when someone close to you won't do what needs to be done? What do you do when they're in a situation that's destructive to mind and heart? I'm not alone in feeling the situation needs to end, but it's not our call to make. It has to be the one actually in the situation

I'm sorry your holidays have been less than ideal. New Year, New Start, yes? If your concern is about who I think it is, I am with ya on the worry. But until she is willing to help herself, there is little people outside the situation can do other than support her and be there when she needs someone. If you end up mounting a rescue, let me know.
