The best thing about working from home? Watching the Tour of California in the background. I finished what I needed to get done today just as today's stage finished. Go Team Astana! It's insanely cool watching Lance Armstrong supporting Levi instead of trying to win himself.

After a string of really gorgeous weather for the last few weeks, we're having a seriously rotten day--it's been raining since 5 a.m., and it hasn't gotten over 70F. We found out today that because we have a combo wall oven/microwave, if we replace one, we have to replace them both. So we're going to see if we can get the oven repaired, because even if that costs as much as buying a new oven, it's still cheaper than the oven/microwave unit ( Read more... )

We're back from seeing "Much Ado About Nothing" this afternoon, and meeting master_chatnoir for dinner. The play was great; Benedick and Beatrice are probably my favorite Shakespeare couple.
