*fidgets*
Less than four hours until I'm in surgery, y'all. Eeeeeeeeeeeee. My pre-admission appointment went well yesterday; as suspected, I'm pretty much in perfect health besides this damn cyst. So I stopped eating solid foods at midnight, and now I'm enjoying a bit of apple juice before I have to go cold turkey on liquids, too.
I think I'm relatively calm about the whole thing, but to take my mind off of it for a bit anyway, here are some Things That Are Awesome:
1) Darth!Mom is here! She took the train and got here on Sunday. ♥♥♥ I'm technically a grown-up type person, but it's still nice to be taken care of. :D
2) I saw In Bruges on Saturday and it was excellent. Colin Farrell was so good, I might even remove the "only if we dip him in lysol first" restriction. The trailers make it look like a comedy, which it *is*, but it's also really, really dark. So, y'know, right up my alley.
3) The Swell Season are coming in April! OMG OMG OMG YAYE.
4) I got to talk to mah seester, allisontmorth, on the phone not once, but twice in the past week or so! She comes back in just under two months now. Imagine there is a picture of a cat with "I SO HAPPY" written on it here. *g*
