Anyway, I went on a bit of a web search for ideas for my German dress, and I decided to take a look at jenthompson's Feature Attyre, just to see. And I found this. Oh. My. God. That has got to be one of the best German costumes I've ever seen. It doesn't look like a costume. It looks like clothing. That is one of my favorite color combinations, and I love the details and the bright red pouch and the hat. They just make it come alive! That is one phenomenal dress. I really want to find a good portrait gallery now, so that I can get more of a feel for German dress and maybe even get some ideas about construction.
