Can anyone tell me how exactly I can delete some stuff from my memories?? I am having a supremely stupid day today...

OMG I have broken my fucking journal.... my header is gone yet its still there in the options thingy (yes I am lj challenged) it was there last night and now its gone.. wtf did I do??
