Inuyasha and the Muses...
So I have taken the plunge and am now currently wading through the piles of Inuyasha fan fiction at (EEK!) fanfiction.net.
So what's been tickling my fancy are fics that try to get Inuyasha a.k.a. Fuzzy (Those Ears! KAWAIII!!!!) and Older Brother Sesshomaru a.k.a. Fluffy (HA! You guys HAVE seen that furry thingumminy on his shoulder, right? You just can't miss it!) working together and finding a way out of the whole sibling rivalry mess, which they are apparently hell-bent on redefining.
Believe me, I don't EVER want to know about the Inuyasha/Sesshomaru yaoi incest fics. AGH. Just.... NO, okay?
And because I've got a soft spot for the arrogant bastard, I've been trying to look for romantic fics featuring Fluffy, preferably with an established character in the series or an OC who isn't suspiciously the perfect avatar of the besotted fan fic writer. And naturally, I have discovered the joys of Fluffy ending up with his grown up ward Rin which sounds like awfully familiar territory to
invisiblesnitch and
fates_caprice and the latter is probably trying not to laugh too much at Fluffy when he finally notices wee little Rin's now all growed up and the former will probably be comforting Rin about the whole crushing on the unattainable bastard older guy thing.
*facepalms*
