The Wedding
I got up at 3am yesterday to watch the wedding coverage. I am SO GLAD I did. It was awesome. By about 5, my texts with head peep (a coworker) were just “this is going by too fast…” over and over. By 6am (wedding time) we were on to “wow…wow….wow.” (We had started texting each other at 3:10 with random commentary on the arrivals.)
I thought everything was lovely. Not that I would make many of the same choices, but I thought they were lovely for them. What an amazing day for them, and beautiful ceremony for the rest of us to enjoy. I adored the trees. I liked the dress a lot. The few things I didn’t like have already been much commented on and debated (Pippa’s dress, Chelsea Davy’s outfit, the PM’s wife, B&E’s outfits). I really liked the evening dress also - gorgeous! I wanted a nice picture of Harry going to the evening party though, because he makes for fantastic eye candy.
