Who are you. A question you can be asked..I say 'can be' because it's a rather rude thing to say. I wonder this myself, but here, in this musty little forgotten place of the internet, good old live journal, grandpappy of all the other quick fix blogs, I'll always remain the same me that always was.
Had a surgery. Won't go into details, it was strictly a voluntary thing. Never had any major surgeries. Don't like oxycotin, I think. Well I like it -now-, but I won't later....never was one, much, for that sort of thing...any mind-alterers, really. Never even drank in my entire life.
On that topic, I shall mention that I hate childsplay. OH NO YOU MONSTER, you may cry, but hear me out. I hate penny arcade, really. Childsplay is just the crusty scab at the top. I understand children need to be entertained. However instead of sending them toys and games, you could possibly try to pay off the enormous cost of medical bills, or even donate the money to the families, so they could spend more time with the injured children...and then the Pax thing...which for all intents and pourposes seems to be nothing but an exscuse to bar crawl...
They ring hollow to me. I have never managed to respect either, as artists or individuals. I know this makes me a minority in the world of the internet, but goddamnit I just don't like them. I appreciate what they do, I appreciate the sentiment, I know they do their best, I know their really good guys, I know they even make a good comic I enjoy from time to time. I just wish they used their influence for something good, instead of using it for something trivial and pretending its good.
