The moderator for tomorrow night's debates, PBS Anchor Gwen Ifill is an avid supporter of Obama. The fix is in.
There's no question about it, no arguing the point... Here is the evidence:
Exhibit 1: Her reporting for PBS on Sarah Palin's speech at the Republican Convention (YouTube video) was appallingly jaded.
Exhibit 2: (aka: the "smoking gun") Her book is scheduled to be released on January 20, 2009 (Inauguration Day), titled The Breakthrough: Politics and Race in the Age of Obama.
Obama's campaign simply replied that they didn't know about Ifill's book. Yeah, right. They also didn't seem to mind one bit that she'd be the moderator after being informed of it... and funny that in the description of the book it refers to an interview with Senator Obama.
Michelle Malkin said in her blog: My dictionary defines “moderator” as “the nonpartisan presiding officer of a town meeting.” ... But there is nothing “moderate” about where Ifill stands on Barack Obama. She’s so far in the tank for the Democrat presidential candidate, her oxygen delivery line is running out.
