Forty years ago today, a small child was born to a single mother (her 2nd born) at Arcadia's Methodist Hospital in Los Angeles County.
Today, he's typing this message at work, bored out of his mind, watching out for his boss so he can switch screens quickly in case he comes around the corner and notices him blogging instead of working.

At least some friends of mine are taking me to dinner tonight. Otherwise, an uneventful, boring birthday.
I went to see LiveFreeDieHard yesterday... good flick.
The only tech that bothered me was the exposed hard drives in the Wildwood facility. I liked the underlying message that hackers and crackers need to realize that their "play" is actually criminal behavior, their "friends" are also criminals, and there can be some serious repurcussions.
I wanted to see Ttransformers, but it was sold out and I didn't want to wait 3 hours for the next showing.
