Time for cheesecake!
I haven't update in forever as usual, but this bit of news is too good not to share. I got a job doing psychological research! One of the clinical profs (Dr. Hayden if anyone has heard of her) was looking for an assistant to help collect data on 7 year olds and their parents. So now I'm in charge of recruiting, facilitating, and partially running the labs. And it's fun stuff too, not just filling out questionnaires. The only down side is that it's only 10 hours per week to start. But depending on the success of some applications for more grants, it may go up and I can get more involved in the whole thing. So cross your fingers! I know I'll be crossing mine!
It's nice to have some news for once, cuz before this nothing really exciting has happened. My birthday was fun... especially Wendy's visit! We got silly with the webcam and drank a lot. Both signs of a good visit.
So now I have this great job to look forward to (I don't quite know when I start). And I have to decide whether I want to keep working at tony's or not... that will be tricky). Wish me luck!
