i was your silver lining, but now i'm gold
I got absolutely nothing done tonight that I wanted to get done. And that is a-ok.
I have recently made a very rad friend and I am enjoying his company. It's nice to connect with people and have that instant great friendship that feels like it's been brewing for years. Plus I just love people that make me laugh a lot.
Friday night we all had beers and burned a ski jacket upstairs at CTO. Ry and Jordy have video of all of the boys wearing it while it was on fire. Then a boy from The Chariot named "Wolf" smoked a Rubix Cube twice, right in front of us. Next time they roll into town we have all been challenged to a Rube-off. Uh oh. Better polish up.
Work work work this week, and then I'm off on a plane to a place with palm trees and shark teeth.
My house currently has five plants. I think I am becoming obsessed with buying plants. I love to water them and watch them bloom. Kind of like an herbal mother.
When I come back from the land o' the gators, Steve is tattooing me. I'm finally getting my forearm hawk. It's going to be huge and beautiful. I'm also buying a new bass when I get back, and possibly some kind of amplification device setup. Once I'm back at the regular 40 hours a week at my store, back into the song-writing groove I go... pew pew pew. Swoop!
I am going to try my damndest to find a place to go cliff-jumping next week. And rest assured that record amounts of tequila will be consumed in the form of margaritas.
Oh, and apparently my mom is probably getting married in Jamaica next year. I'm her maid of honour. Helloooo weed, sunshine and parasailing!
