I hate that weed sometimes gives me a headache.

So, tonight was alright. Midwives were awesome, as usual. I'm still really bummed that they have to break up just because Dave and I are moving, but it's for the best for a lot of reasons. I just think they're so fucking amazing (and I'm not saying this from a "girlfriend of the band" perspective at all) and are better than every single band in London, and yet... for some reason, the stars just did not line up in their favour. Ah well. That's the way the cookie crumbles, I guess. Yeah whatever, I've been blurting out corny idioms all night, might as well continue it into my journal entry for today.

Everyone stuck around for a bit after the show but it was kind of a subdued night, which I was not expecting. I thought everyone was gonna be all in party mode; I was! But my mood got brought down by the general bummerjam mood of the night.
I stuck around for Raygun after most of my friends already left and I ran into Nick and Nate, so I talked to those guys for a bit, and then Jeremy showed up which was awesome and totally unexpected since he supposed "hates CTO so much." I kind of just floated around and talked to a bunch of different people all night, hung out with Holly a bunch and stopped drinking vodka after awhile because it was just killing my high.

I'm kind of sick of everyone asking me about moving to Hamilton, haha. AHH! I mean, thanks for caring, but I'm totally sick of talking about it, plus it's a stressful situation and I don't wanna stress about it while I'm supposed to be out partying! I get it, it's a conversation point. Whatevs, I'd rather talk about music!

Any-hooay. I think I am going to crawl in bed next to my sexy boyfriend now. I am going to miss seeing him sing/play bass. It still turns me on even after two years of seeing it! Now I'm going to miss out on it because I'll be playing bass while he sings, so I can't concentrate on him haha. Oh well. He did such a good job tonight. He's so wicked, that Dave of mine. I wish he had been in a better mood tonight... he went home early and said he was having a bummer night. :(

Peace in the middle east.

friends, partying, shows, moving to hamilton
