1. What did you do in 2008 that you'd never done before?
- ecstasy, flew in a plane, swam in the ocean, went on a huge ship, WAITING a year and half before moving in with a boyfriend, drank a mojito, ate lamb, ate goat meat (goscht), believed in guardian angels, tattooed human flesh, dressed up like a man.
2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
- I don't remember what my 2008 resolutions were. I don't think I'll make any this year. Actually... I'd like to resolve to save at LEAST $150 a month for my Europe trip in 2010. At LEAST. That is one resolution I need to stick to... I just have to remind myself that the ends justify the means.

- Uh.... I don't think so? I have a bad memory. haha.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
- Cheryl. ♥
5. What countries did you visit?
- The US (Florida).
6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008?
- a sunnier outlook on my life. A new job.
7. What date from 2008 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
- August 4th, 2008. The day Cheryl passed away. Also, May 24th, because it was my mom's wedding :)
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
- Is it totally depressing that I can't think of a single one? Yes very. Oh wait, okay, I started going to the gym regularily (at the end of the year, but nonetheless...) and I'm actually into it for real. That's a pretty big achievement for me.
9. What was your biggest failure?
- I didn't save a penny. I just feel like a failure in general. Oh I'm such a cheerful darling.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
- I had a really bad mouth/tooth infection and my face became a giant balloon.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
- I bought a ridiculously sweet lens for my camera, and I've used it twice. Ho-hum.
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
- Dave's... he's a really good boyfriend and most of the time I don't feel like I deserve it at all. So kudos to you, my dear, for dealing with my shit. Also, Lady Gaga, for having such wickedawesome style.
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
- A couple of my friends. My own.
14. Where did most of your money go?
- sushi, clothes, taxis, alcohol, shoes, diet dr. pepper.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
- Jen's Canada visit in the summer, Florida, my hawk tattoo, Gwar show, the new Black Keys album.

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? this never changes. I'm always teetering on a thin wire.
ii. thinner or fatter? probably about 15 pounds heavier.
iii. richer or poorer? "richer", but I still haven't learned how to treat money wisely.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
- working out earlier in the year, written music, created more art, socializing, travelling.

- eat stupid foods. Mope. Talking about creating instead of DOING. Dwelling on retards that I hate.

- At my mom's place with my family and Dave, and then I'll see my dad sometime... whenever.

- I'm going to Jordan/Vineland to a NYE party with all of my old Grimsby friends! And Jen will be home YAYYYYYY!

- I've been in love all year.

- Unfortunately yes, there are a couple more ticks on my hate list. I'm trying to learn how to cope with my utter disdain and lack of patience for fucking idiot losers. I don't like to give people the satisfaction of wasting my time on them. It's something I am continuously working on.

- To get away for awhile, which I got to do when I went to Florida. A drum machine. A clean bill of health from the obgyn, after much horribleness and trauma. Yay. To see my best friend.

- My Thunderbird bass. SIGH. This is horrible, this longing! Also, I didn't go to the Genghis Tron show because my stupid jerk friends copped out on me! Grrrr :( And that dining room table from IKEA that I really liked...

- I really loved "Vicky Cristina Barcelona", and of course "The Dark Knight" was totally mind-blowing.

- My birthday is tomorrow! I'll be 25. Yipes. :( I am working and then going to my birthday show and getting hopefully very wasted.

- I actually became very, very interested in fashion this year, more than I ever have been in my life. I've got my own little thing going on, and I'm starting to figure out my true style.
