I love the abrupt writing style and the use of psychiatric disorders really made the story - and you made Lavender/Pansy very believable for me.

Thank you, it's one of my favourite ships, so I'm glad you found it believable, too :)

There is such a lot of emotion packed into a short piece. Nicely done!

(I meant to comment on this earlier, but I was stuck on my phone.. anyway)

I was drawn to this fic first by the pairing, but the warnings also made me curious. I love to read a well-written fic about difficult themes -- thank you, for this definitely is one. The established relationship works well here, and I like (paradoxically) that there is no happy ending. Nice use of flashbacks, too. Kudos on conveying a lot of emotion without ever sounding over-the-top.

Thank you. I'm glad you found the themes to be well written. Stories about themes such as mental health problems which clearly haven't been researched really are the bane of my life sometimes. Glad you enjoyed it :)

Poor girls! Its a really hard situation they are both in. I love how you did it in flashbacks to tell the story, so as to show how good it once was and what is keeping Pansy holding onto hope. It made the present that much more sad and poignant.

Thanks, I've never written flashbacks before, so I'm glad they worked :)

This is utterly stunning. I adore how you have set up the relationship in the past, how Pansy is caught between looking after her own mental health and trying to help Lavender's. It feels so very real as well. I have social anxiety and while it isn't the same as the problem Lavender is facing it strikes so true in my heart and feels so realistic and real. You've packed a real punch into this fic. I adore it. Thank you so much :3

Thank you, I'm so glad you enjoyed it :) I have social anxiety as well, and had a bout of agoraphobia a few years ago, so I'm glad it came across as real.I know everyone has different experiences, but still. Anyway, it was great writing for you, and I'm happy you liked it :)
