I hate Windows XP. My problem with it is always the same thing no matter what I am trying to do. I finally find the configurations that I want and I find a way to tell it to do what I want it to do. Then the thing tells me it's done BUT IT'S NOT. It's not even set up incorrectly so I can fix it, it's just isn't done at all. Why does it lie to

HELLO!? I called you last night :) It was so strange that you didn't answer since it was late and I figured you'd be home. Maybe you were leeping. I called you to tell you that I successfully clean installed Win XP. I did it! I didn't have to take it in. I didn't ask Kevin. And it was so easy. SO easy. Man, it's going to take me longer to get all my specifications back to how I want them than it took me to actually do the clean install! (In fairness, I did call e-machines support because it wouldn't start the clean install... I had the disk in the CD drive and it needed to be in the DVD drive. He explained it to me and it made sense but I honestly don't remember why now. .... he also told me that partitioning without a second hard drive is pointless because if I clean install again it'll wipe the partition out since it wasn't there originally.)
