Back in the day I used Flash & a SWF-> EXE converter to create a makeshift Right-Click-Send-To-FTP-Then-Copy-URL-To-Clipboard. This thing was amazingly handy when it came to uploading pictures to post. I've long lost the source it no longer works right with my server.
