FUCKING CINGULAR!!!! part 2

Well stayed up so I could call Cingular at 7AM when their offices should of been open (Oh, sorry, Pacific time... damned fuckers) but there were actually humans there this time to talk.
Called, gave hell. First guy more or less gave me the run around, stating... ok, I'll transfer you to the complaints department. Oh yeah, the compaints department number that he decided to transfer me to was of fuck course not open at this time. It opens 10am Eastern, 7am Pacific.
Called back even more fucking pissed. Went off on the next guy that I was able to actually talk to. Actually got a little bit further and there is now an official complaint sent to their financial department and I have a case number and such, and in 24-48 hours I should have a straight fucking answer.
*sigh*
I haven't been this fucking pissed off in a long fucking time and it's really taking a toll on my poor fucking stomach ulcer.

It's just stupid bullshit. I called several times in the weeks before changing over to confirm that the numbers could be ported over with no early termination fees. I was told it was ok and that they wouldn't occur. Now Cingular is trying to tell me that I'll owe them $350+ dollars because I ported over the numbers two days before on the 29th of August when they originally told me that the contract was up on the 19th and that the phones were still going to be active till the 30th as a convience or some shit.

I am not going to pay a fee that I was told specifically by their customer service representatives I was not going to be charged. I mean come on, who would purposefully change over their phone carrier two days early, yes two fucking days so they would have to pay a $300+ early termination fees. FUCKING NOBODY WOULD!
Jesus fucking christ, what some companies would do just to try to make a buck and fuck over customers that are dissapointed in their shitty fucking service.
