This has been an interesting week for natural events. On Wednesday, there was an earthquake in Canada that was felt in Detroit. I didn't feel it. Just the same, it was a big story in my geology class that night. This semester has been one teachable moment after another--volcano, oil spill, sinkhole, and now earthquake.
