Well technically anarchy can exist truthfully...because if there are just enough people that decide to stop "conforming" and listening to the government...then the government eventually has no power, therefore its as if there is no government. That is the true definition of anarchy. And most anarchists will agree that it is an almost impossible feat and they are actually fairly level headed. But then you have teenagers and little girls and boys that pretend they know the ins and outs of anarchy and blow shit up and go YAY CHAOS NEAT! And most of those people piss real arachists off.
And I dislike our government sometimes, I certainly dislike aspects of it. Some of it pisses me off. But regardless of all that, its the only government that has actually worked and stood for almost 300 years now without completely collapsing or without any major enslavement of the people.
Now, as far as punk goes. Punk is a lifestyle. And I was a "punk" so I know how it goes. But you see when I was a punk I treated it a little bit differently than most people. As in I didn't really care what I looked like for the most part I wore jeans and a t-shirt every day of my life. And from punk I've taken the attitude that what other people think doesn't necessarily matter, that society treats you like shit just because of the way you look (I'm talking all social groups now) IS shit, and that you shouldn't be afraid to question the reason something is the way it is. Stuff like that is what I'd call the "essence" of punk rock if you will. But you don't have to dress like a fucking ape shit to see all that. And Tyler is awesome.
