Con-prep status
My panel time has been MOVED! The Yugioh panel, which was at first 10AM-12PM may now only be from 9AM-10AM (same as last year, hah!) I offered to start at 8, though, since I've got the two hours of stuff ready to go. We'll see what they say.
Dub vs. Sub is 12PM-1PM Sunday, which is half an hour earlier, but doesn't really matter.
Costume progress: 4 out of 8 limbs completely built, unpainted. Other 4 mostly built. Feet, need glued and painted, which will be done tonight. Chest, still drying after I built up the design part with paper mache. Needs a hairdryer or it'll never be ready. Helmet... put WAY too much paper mache on it, don't know if even the hair dryer will work. O_o;; Waist/crotch... erm... haven't even tried to do that yet. Maybe I'll make it out of duct tape? No time to paper mache, that's for sure. Wings, skeleton built, needs glued, painted, and fabric put on. Should also be done tonight.
The J-rock is done, except for the tie and painting the guitar. But now I have to learn some songs and... I just realized that I'll be hanging out with these people a lot. ^^;; Since we're doing a whole SKIT and all... (oh man... a SKIT. They sent me the recording they made of it... it's an arguement between Yami and Kaiba about the band, and Kaiba wants to go start his own band, and I say something about Elvis being the king of rock... It's funny and all, but I wish I'd done the Moulin Rouge parody one.)
