It all started after the nonsense scnes of the dreams. I was with some guys (Steven, Britain, two other guys I forget their name) and we were thinking about hitting the road and having fun maybe altogether. Britain told me he was breaking up with one of the guys to be with me (and they of course were very jealous of this); the other frinds didn't like the idea nor did they really like me but that was okay because I guess I still had Britain anyway (I don't have feelings for him though that way, oddly enough). So, while we're going on our cruise together, the other two (or three) guys (including the ex) decide to join us even though Britain wanted to spend alone time with me. It didn't really matter to me; I liked company. So we non-stereotypical 'guy likers' where together and looking at the sky as the moon slowly rolled into the starry lit sky, driving out on some sort of desert like scene (like in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, etc.) and the designated driver (who is a 30 year old off-duty police officer and close affiliate of Britain and the gang) counts down as the moon slowly appears in this sky, as if eclipses were an everyday thing. Everyone seemed so drawn to the moon around me; even I couldn't help but to notice it's beauty in the sky.
That's when It happened.
Something caused the moon to explode, leaving it a fraction of the size it was. I remember the details... it was so vivid. "Oh my God! The moon just exploded!" "Look out for the meteorites!" "Ahhh!! Somebody help! Somebody call 911!!" So much... had happened in that instance. The radio informed that the 'Hovertron' (some sort of mechanical device that held up signs from outer space and despersed smaller units of itself to relay information quickly) was being sent to keep us in formed of the events. Right then, bits of meteorites rained down, first in smaller chunks striking the ground and setting whatever it touched in a living breathing inferno. It began to strike cars which passed us buy, to cliffs, to anything and everything. I began to pray and recite the Holy Salwat-- not so much for my sake but the sake of those around me. The road became damaged and we had to swerve to a stop and just 'managed' to stop by a building...
...Another abandonned 'ancient-relic looking' building that sort of reminds me of my school in Plano.
It was brown, it was abandonned, and made of stone with strange engravings on it. Who built it, what was it for, and how we were going to use it I didn't know. It began to rain down suddenly which helped the flames some. We got out of the car, the officer was bleeding from his forhead, and our friends felt so despondent. We tried to run inside to seek shetler but some of them would stop in the middle of running, feeling like it was pointless to try and survive. I'd have to give them a push/shove from behind and move them forward so that they would move and soon enough they'd start running again. We all huddled under this 'umbrella-like hut' structure so we could be protected from the meteorites and the rain. Families began to pour here one after another. I tried my best to huddle those around me into this hut as best as I could.
Children were crying, children were playing, parents were crying, parents were talking, kids were shocked, and many people were... dazed from what happened.
Looking up at the sky, we could still see the remnant of the moon lingering there, no longer "the moon" but a phobos or a deimos to us now. The president informed us that more would be headed on the way and we were supposed to try out best to survive till then. He prayed for us and hoped that we'd survive through this. People started talking when the rain stopped and we looked up to see some of the meteorites passing from above us; huge rolling chunks of rock flying across the sky and the ground. A few from the 'pack' began to hit the ground and cause tremondous amount of explosion, debris, and fire to engulf the area. People started to scream when one or two of them hit the building, setting an entire column structure ablaze.
The cries... the smoke.. the chaos.. and the confusion...
I lost my sense of concern for others and started to fend myself now. The police officer though was familiar with the gounds after contacting agency headquarters and began to go to a training ground facility. He'd tell the people to move and follow him and people did-- for those who were alive and still able to listen anyway. We had to avoid the intense heat of the flames, and ontop of that the smoke that was building up began to sting and suffocate us making it harder for us to breathe. He opened a door and we followed, opening a door and a gate. People began to pour in and follow. My friends.. I didn't see them or I don't remember seeing them anyway. We went into the bathroom, and waited there until further instructions from the officer. Before we could go forward though, I woke up.
That was.. one of the more realistic apocalyptic dreams I had.. everything felt so surreal and real.. all at the same time. I'll never get there was so much fire and destruction when the moon exploded. If it ever does... it could be the end of humanity and life on this planet for a lot of creatures as we know it but we couldn't survive definitely. Still... why I get these dreams and if it's true I don't know...
What could it mean?
