Random Drabble
I decided to post this here because, well, I rarely post anyway and I can post whatever the hell I want. I thought of the idea on my walk home from the lab yesterday. I don't know if I'll ever use these two characters again. Probably not, since I didn't really give them much personality and any kind of defining physical features. Besides I already have enough characters that don't have homes. Anyway...G/PG rating, I guess.
"So you're telling me that you love a videogame character more than me? Seriously?" Jeff was sitting on the bed next to his boyfriend, observing the intense concentration on Aaron's face as Aaron's videogame character was striking some digital monsters.
"Why not? Marius is badass. Also, he does what I want him to do." Jeff could see Aaron grinning after that. Jeff rolled his eyes, knowing that Aaron could spy that action out of the corner of his eye.
"He's a videogame character, Aaron. Of course he'll do what you want him to do. You have complete control over..." Jeff had a sudden thought. His hand itched. "Are you saying you have some kind of control kink?"
"No, no, no..." Aaron threw down the controller and started laughing uncontrollably. Jeff tentatively put his right arm around Aaron's shoulders, feeling the vibrations up his arm. They were both red-faced now, Jeff from embarrassment and Aaron from his bout of laughter. "Oh man, you are taking this way too seriously!" Aaron turned slightly so that they were now loosely embraced, his right hand resting on Jeff's shoulder now. "You know, if you really want to compete with a videogame character... There's something you can do that a videogame character can't." With that, Aaron winked.
Jeff scrunched his nose. "Be real?"
"Yes. And?" Aaron kept smiling, and Jeff felt even stupider. Stupid grins that made Jeff melt into a puddle...
"Hold you?" Since that was what he was doing right now.
"Closer." Aaron's hand brushed up Jeff's neck and then caressed Jeff's cheek. Jeff automatically brought Aaron closer to him, his left arm also finding his way around Aaron and bringing their faces within inches of each other. Aaron's eyes fluttered and Jeff couldn't resist. He tilted his head down to kiss Aaron. Aaron kissed back enthusiastically, moving his right hand to the back of Jeff's neck and taking over the kiss quickly. They broke apart, both out of breath.
"Finally, you blockhead," Aaron muttered. Jeff's eyes widened with realization. He really was a blockhead, but he could make up for it now. He started by kissing Aaron again. And again, until Aaron thoroughly forgot about his videogame and stupid Marius.
