Finished going through the first chapter of Reset. Maybe not completely finished editing it, but I've gotten rid of all of the annoying ____ and [add more] bits. It's nice to know that I don't worry so much about getting the right word when I write now, or the word I want is there when I need it. :3
The first chapter is just over six-thousand words long. O_____o Wow. I still need to change one of Sunshine's attacks to Fire Arrow, and I'm not sure if the descriptions of the Ghost Cave is right; I might be getting mixed up between Ghost Cave and where Lan and Kenshin were fighting the Dark God.
I forgot when I was adding stuff that I had Kenshin not using contractions before he met Sunshine. =/ Except... I think I should be putting the contractions back in. Hm.
The second chapter is over two-thousand words. This is the more troublesome chapter, where there's all these possible words bracketed off. Bleh.
I sorta wanna put a bit of pressure on myself by posting the first chapter, so then I'll feel guilty because 'looook people have seen the first chapter! They'll wanna see the next chapter! Get moving!!' Except I do wanna make sure the chapters are done before I post because I have no idea how long the chapter will end up being. Bah. Either way, I should be writing. ^ ^
