One sign that you've been playing World of Warcraft/a game for too long:
When reading your Livejournal friends page, you press 's' to scroll down. Repeatedly. And it takes you a couple of seconds to realise why the page isn't moving and it's not because you're pressing the wrong button. *facepalm*
