But that's what writing fic's about! Procastinating other stuff and then you write other fic to procrastinate writing the first fic! XD
Yeeeah, but you actually get stuff down so that's really good. :)
Meep. I don't start 'till next month. ^ ^
D: I have no idea either. They either write very fast or they... Dunno. I have been able to write about a thousand words in over an hour/two hours, which is really good for me and I think the target is about 1,400 words per day? So maybe they block it on the weekends or something... Meh. :3
For me, there isn't that much detail on wiki about the plot and stuff but I like knowing every little thing possible. ^ ^;; There's quite a bit on each of the characters though. :3
Easiest to remember by name because Jun was the first person I looked up because of your 'Gravity Kills' fic so I was looking out espeically for him. Also the easiest to recognise because he reminds me of Ken Ichijouji. I think it's his haircut, general attitude and the glasses. XD I think he reminds me of someone else but I can't place who.
It'd be pretty interesting to see what they're like outside the few snapshots of normal life you see. :3 *slaps forehead* Yeeah, I probably shouldn't have thought that it being changed was so bad because it normally happens anyway when a manga gets turned into an anime. *is embarrassed* They did that with FMA and I liked it.
XD More like, 'The Scenes That I Really Wanted to Write but Couldn't for Some Reason or Another.' Or AU of my fic? XDD;;
Procrastination doesn't help me finish my old fics. =P One of my new years resolutions this year was to write an hour each day (even if I don't finish anything during that hour), but I've been putting this off...
Next week is all about meeting with teachers (and getting assigned to a classroom) before the elementary schools start. =x Actual classes won't start yet. My summer felt really short though!
1000 words in an hour or two is really good. I tend to reread the beginning of what I write a lot, so I end up spending too much time on the beginning...hm, if it's 1,400 words a day, that's not too bad...
I'm afraid I might run into spoilers for the latest chapters of the manga that haven't surfaced yet on wiki. =P Hm, but all the earlier characters should be safe enough to read about.
Haha, Those Left Behind was supposed to focus mainly on friends and family of the pilots who have just died, but Waku's part focused on Jun instead. @___@ (He snuck into my fic!!) I do think it's a lot more interesting when any of the 15 are included though.
FMA's change was so drastic! I haven't read the manga in years (is it still ongoing or has it finished?) But it seems that the FMA anime was well received even though it was changed so drastically.
Hehe, just be careful not to let that AU of your fic overgrow and take over your mind. XDDD
XD Good point there. But at least you're doing it not. :)
=/ Eep. So when will it start? *wry grin* It always seems like you have loads of time on summer holidays but when you look back at what you've actually done... XD
Yeah, it is, but I haven't been able to do that with other fics. XD;; Just checked the actual calculations; it's 1,666/7 words per day. :3 I'd need completely full days to do that! XD;;
That actually happened when I was reading one of the FMA pages. ^ ^;; I had to read the next chapter as soon as I read it.
*grins*
FMA's still ongoing but (to me, anyways) it feels like it's wrapping things up before going into the climax that's building up. :3 It'd gotten a bit repetitive for a bit because a certain piece of information had to be told to people but they were widely spaced. :)
I hope not too! I've been writing the Kyuubi sceneand I wrote nearly a page in about half an hour. D: It'd take me about a week to do that with the actual chapters in Fullmetal Ninja! XD It always happens doesn't it?
I knoow. I had so much free time. But it still feels like I haven't done much. I haven't even finished any video games that I wanted to finish! My actual classes start 8/26, so I won't have a heavy load until then.
Wow, 1,666 words is a lot. After August ends, I'm going to calculate how many words I wrote for 31_days. I bet it won't even reach 30,000! Since, I'm only writing around 400~600 words a day.
I need to catch up with FMA too before summer ends. Makes sense that FMA's wrapping things up. I get the same feel for the Bokurano manga too. =P But that's a given with the number of characters left.
Yeah, I agree, it always happens that way. Sometimes things you don't plan to write turns out so much easier to write. :3
XD I actually got a new game and started playing that rather than completing my other games. On the plus isde, I did finish that one and I'm going through the second, more harder playthrough new.
*snerk* I'm pleased if I get 10,000 words done in a month.
XD I think I've caught up on most of the manga I'm reading - but then I'll stop once uni starts up again.
:) Yup. Only one pilot left to go.
Yep. Probably because you've been thinking about that scene a lot more or because it isn't important. *snerk*
