I'm passing this on because it's something I feel is important. I just learned from a friend that they want to tear down the Marion Street Mall in Downtown Oak Park. If anyone's familiar with Downtown Oak Park, it's a beautiful area that's rich in both historical significance and natural beauty. It would be a shame to tear this structure of commerce & architecture down. There is a petition online to save the Mall. It only needs 1,500 signatures & right now they have 1,138. All I ask is that all who read this bulletin please take a couple minutes of your time & sign the petition. All you need to do is go to......

All you'll need to do is fill out your name, addy, city, state, and zip as well as your e-mail address. There's no cost, there's no hassle. I know a few of my friends live in or near Oak Park and even for those who have never even been there before, I hope you can please sign this petition. It would mean alot to me and to the residents of Downtown Oak Park.
