FST: someone just like you [germany/italy + holy roman empire/chibitalia]
Okay, I did not sit down and think to myself, "I'm going to do a Germany/Italy FST!" I had a vague interest in making one at some point, but there were a few others that I was focusing on first, and then I swear this just CREATED ITSELF. Like, I had a couple of songs in mind and decided to create a playlist so I wouldn't forget, and then it just turned into a full FST. If there are any issues with it, you can blame my subconscious.
This can be taken as either a Germany/Italy and Holy Roman Empire/Chibitalia FST, or a Germany/Italy FST that is based really, really strongly on the Germany = HRE theory. There's a vague storyline somewhere in here involving slowly beginning a relationship and restoring memories after war, but when it comes down to it, the main themes here are war and...marriage. Plus, most of Germany's songs are sentimental and Italy's are sort of depressing. Yeah, I don't know either.
I genuinely like this mix quite a lot, though, so I hope other people do too. o/ All artwork is from pixiv.
