Just as an update, and for the record, I am still not divorced.  Because of a process that is happening aside from the divorce, the Judge cannot allow the divorce to finalize until the other process has finalized.  So, it will likely be in mid-October.  You know, right around the anniversary of our wedding.  ::facepalm:: 

I think I will be divorced?  I don't know - the divorce has been denied three times on technicalities, the judge didn't like wording, or the paperwork, or a page was missing (which was weird, since it was there the first time around...).

So, tomorrow I actually have to GO to court, and testify, that I would like to dissolve my marriage. While I'm ( Read more... )
