This is a disturbing level of linkage between the various arms of Google
I'm paranoid enough to dislike the idea of Blogger having an account set up, with my name on it without me signing up for said account. I mean, seriously, creating accounts for people for something in the public domain is just a really horrible idea. All sorts of mischief could result.
In particular, the fact that it has my name on it, when my google id is nothing like my name, is very, very disturbing.
