So I am in a bad sleep habits place. (I refuse to use the term sleep hygiene, cause ew) Usually regardless of prior night's sleep I am up with the baby kid and just get on with my day. Well for the last week or so I have been napping from 10-midnight then getting up and doing stuff online til past 3 then crashing or reading and starting it all again. Well yesterday I got a clue as to how bad its been. QuixoticGoat offered me to go back to bed at 9AM. I slept for 5 hours and then still took my late nap. Hmm.. maybe I am sleep deprived? So I went to bed, and read for 4.5 hours. Yea not a great plan. Need to work on my sleep habits and my cognitive exercises. Oh btw
lilwolfgirl if I am fb chatting with you at 3AM? Smack and tell me to get to sleep. I may ignore the advice and change the topic but I might actually take your good advice.
And yes lack of Burning Man is contributing to my bleh. And the fact that the two people I call the most are on the playa. /grump
