O man, what a weekend! I can say honestly that I had a fanfuckingtastic time!
Friday night I watched Adam play frisbee with his friends, which I like to do. Even though he runs like a girl! :) I kid, I kid. Then, we went to our friends' house to watch Waiting. We went out to eat at Pizza Hut, ohsogood, I would highly recommend the cheesy bites pizza, it was so great! We had no leftovers. Then, Alex wanted to get drunk, but since we're good kids, we didn't, we just spent the whole night driving around Peoria looking for a good tattoo/piercing shop. We didn't really find one cuz they were either closed or too expensive ($60 for a piercing--I don't think so). So, we retired, and decided that we would definitely get stuff pierced the next day.
Saturday, Adam woke me up early cuz he was hungry and wanted breakfast, so we went to the mall. Adam needed some new work clothes cuz of the fire and he's expecting to get a new job when I finally move to Deere. So, we went to Bachrach cuz Alex works there, and they were having a sale. I picked out a lot of clothes for him to try on, and he actually ended up getting 2 pairs of pants and 2 shirts. He looked so hot when he came out of the dressing room all dressed up in these fancy clothes! Much better than the t-shirt and jeans look. He cleans up so nice. :) It was a little pricey though, even after the 50% off everything!
Then, we wanted to get some exercise in, so we went to the nature preserve that he lives next to, and we checked out the museum building. It was neat, except I was standing right next to a snake and I didn't even know it! Then I kinda freaked out! :) I hate snakes! But we got a map of the trails, and we put on all our layers and filled up our water bottles, and we set out! I don't know how we did it, but I managed to pick the one trail that went uphill the entire way. Seriously, I don't think we ever went downhill the whole 2 miles! But it was so much fun just walking around the woods with him.
When we got back to his apartment, he decided to trim his beard and mustache, but it went terribly awry, and he ended up shaving it all off! It was crazy! He looks so weird without a beard and mustache! But not bad, I was really scared he'd be ugly on the underneath, but he's not! He just looks like a little kid! :)
Then we finally went over to Paul and Alex's and then we drove to Bartonville to get our piercings! I got my belly button pierced and she got her tongue pierced. I'm really worried now though that it will migrate out cuz I hear all these horror stories about it. But one of my friends told me it shouldn't as long as the other one didn't. (The previous belly piercing didn't, it just never healed up.)
Then, we went to Walmart and bought stuff to make mudslides with! Mmm...one of the most expensive shakes I've ever bought! Then when I got back to Adam's apartment, I started experimenting with the different tastes cuz I was curious. I decided I don't care too much for Kahlua by itself, but it's alright with Bailey's Irish Cream. I just don't like the taste of alcohol really.
Then, Sunday we went to the mall again with Paul and Alex and I ended up buying a leather jacket that was $250 on sale for $50, and Adam bought a jacket for $80 that was marked down from $300! Adam also bought 2 more sweaters with Alex's discount at Bachrach, they look so good on him. One is baby blue and one is brown and black. But he tickled my belly button, and it hurt so bad, and then I started to get sick-feeling from the pain, so we ended up going back to his apartment and just laying down.
*sigh* Such a great weekend...I can't stop smiling!
