Doctor Who - Dreamland

Better than I expected if I'm being candid.

The animation is a weird choice but at least it's somewhat more expressive than the one for The Infinity Quest.

The story was a neat idea - Area 51 in the backdrop of 1950's America.

I don't know why Georgia Moffet got some initial criticism for her American accent. It was fine for me and Cassie was proactive enough as a companion, though I liked Jimmy a bit more. I take it by the end they became a proper couple.

Stark and the US government weren't portrayed any different to any other story. Foolish against the Doctor at first and then allying with him when realising the Viperox couldn't be trusted.

There was another fixed point in time theme here. That's why the Viperox were not killed, even though they certainly added to a body count.

I liked Rivesh and Seruba and the war flashbacks. At least Stark let them go in the end.

Some of the series music was a bit mixed. One or two times they were a little tacked on in places.

Lighter in tone than the last Tenth Doctor adventure seen but certainly worth watching again, 7/10.
