True Blood - Keep This Party Going

I think I'm losing the ability to be objective with this show if I even had it. This season is proving that the show isn't a one trick pony and I've only seen two episodes.

Lafayette's scenes were tough in this episode. Eric's treatment of him is appalling, but why I am not more angry about it? Even when Eric, Pam and Chow were feasting on him, I didn't fear the worst as well.

Lafayette made the perceptive comment about his moral character. He's certainly no law abiding citizen and there was something in his preference to be made into a vampire rather than die.

Eric seemed interested in Lafayette, that could either way. Even Pam and Chow seemed slightly impressed. Ginger shooting Lafayette. She is as dumb as a box of hammers. No one could be that stupid, even if they'd been glamoured as much as she has.

Bill and Eric's little mall scene made me laugh. Only in slashfic are those two ever gonna hook up. Bill has every right to be threatened by Eric's determination to use Sookie as often as posible. He's not gonna stop.

I take it the missing Godric is going to play a big part in the next few episodes. This is the first time he's been mentioned, right?

Sookie and Bill's make up sex scene was fun but if he screws up one week, Sookie does it the next. She should've never brought Jessica to see her folks.

We already knew that Mr Hambry was strict and Jessica seemed determined to get her own back at him. Like with the crying blood, she was surprised when Bill commanded her to stop. Bill was scarily furious at Sookie too. And he glamoured Eden, which creeped me out more than anything.

I'm stil not sure about Tara and Eggs, even though the actors have natural chemsitry between but I did love the confiding scenes with Tara and Sookie. Nice for Sookie to invite her to stay with her.

Maryann, you're creeping me out. You start orgies, can turn Sam into a dog at command, seemed suspicious around both Daphne and Sookie and well, you look kinda nuts. As villains go, I like you very much.

The Fellowship plot is a bit hit and miss. The sing-song stuff had it's moments and it seems obvious that Sarah's lusting after Jason as well. I spy Luke becoming quite an obstacle as well for Jason, 9/10.
