Dear Diary
Tuesday, I decided to go out to lunch, even though I was originally going to stay home. My mother said we were going to this one restaurant that had about average food and average prices, So, I figured I could swing it fine, only in the car they decide to go to a super expensive place to eat instead. I wasn’t going to eat at all but they were looking at me weirdly so I said I wasn’t that hungry, I really wasn’t, and ordered a salad. Actually the salad was good, so I was happy with that, but hungry at dinner time.
Today I want for a walk and was going to take pictures, but after the first flower picture the batteries blew up in my camera, the camera seems fine, I hope, but I need to get new batteries to test that. Anyways, the flower picture might be nice, I’ll find out when I can upload it. There was this cute baby duck and I wanted to get it’s picture, but camera problems.
I did sew up a nightgown the other day. I had this top and shorts nightwear that I stupidly bought way to big, I thought it was a size 16 in girls size, which I can wear, but I bought a size 16 in woman’s which is quite a difference. As usual I lost the receipt, I am good at doing that, so I ripped out the seams on the shorts stitched it into a skirt, took in the shirt part sewed them together and viola instant nightgown, or maybe not so instant but comfortable nightgown.
I am still alternating Buffy/Angel there was a lot of those episodes. So much stuff that I have to catch up on series wise. Ah, marathoning shows, the story of my life right now.
I think I will make a new dress tomorrow. Probably with one of my favorite simple non pattern cuts so it will be something super comfy to wear!
