My Eyes are Heavy, but my Heart is Empty
Well, I ended up having a lot of fun Friday afternoon and Friday night. Bill picked me up around 4:45 or 5 and we had to go drop off his little brother at his grandparents house. After this he took me up to the mall and we stayed there for about two hours or close to it. When we left he wanted to go see our friend Billy who lives in Deerfield. We sat outside and talked for a little while, but then I got hungry and we went to eat.
We had planned to go out to Berry College to check out the CCC Road, but by the time we got to the gate it was closed. So we had to figure out somewhere to go since we still had three hours to spend together. We decided to go out to Cave Spring so I could show him the old school for the deaf. One of the buildings was used as a hospital during the Civil War and then reopened back to a school house. It is said to be haunted by something inside and a woman has been reported to walk around on the property. Something is there, I will tell you that. It is actually interesting.
By the time we made it back into Rome it was almost 10 so we had an hour left. I wanted to go up to the Myrtle Hill cemetery. I like visiting cemeteries at night and this one can be creepy.
Yesterday I woke up around 11 in the morning and I sat up and watched t.v. until my mom got up about 30 minutes later. She told me to get ready. She was going to take me to Cartersville to go shopping at a store I wanted to visit called Psycho Sisters. I told her I didn't have any money, and she told me 'That's why I am going to the bank'. So a few hours later we left to go shopping. I got a lot of clothes and a new pair of shoes. They are pink with red cherries on them. Cute as hell!
We went to a lot of antique shops and things like that. We ate at the Appalachian(sp?) Grill. Awesome food and environment. I loved it. I left with no room in my little stomache. Anyway, here I sit tired as hell. I was on the phone with Bill until 4 this morning. I just woke up around 12. But I didn't get to sleep last night until almost 5. Dammit. Oh well. I am going to go waste some time.
