Good old Yankee ingenuity.
My friend Allison who died in February was a hoarder. I am too, to some extent. I tend to hang onto stuff. Not as bad as filling the house, but I have boxes of stuff here and there. It is the Yankee in me, loathe to toss anything that may be usefull
Anyways, my expensive made in China piece of junk clothes drying rack fell apart AGAIN. So I need a place to dry my pants. I live in an apartment with a washer but no dryer. Everything goes on racks.
So as I said place to dry my pants. I looked around, there is a post in the walk in closet off the bathroom. Which is right across from the shower with a distance of about 10-12 feet. Now I needed a line. A rummage in the closet came up with a couple of pieces of phone line. I tied them together, tied one end to the post, the other to the shower rod and now I have a place to dry my pants.
My Yankee ancestors would be proud. I would take a photo but I've lost the camera card.
