Disregard this entry, the stupid computer i'm on doesn't have a word processor so i have to record my info on this:
Medium: need .22 ul filter, 500 ml
DMEM: balanced amount
FBS: 10% (in 500 ml, 50ml)
Antibiotics: 1% (in 500 ml, 5 ml)
Non-essential Amino Acids: 1% (in 500 ml, 5 ml)
ECGS (endothelial growth supplement): .5 mg
Splitting:
Trypsin: 5ml
once added to cells, centrifuge at 1000 g's, 1:30 min., setting 5
1 in 10 ratio, thus 1ml and 9ml
