OH God! redux
And just when I thought I had a little time to breathe, I realize that, oh GODS the Graduate program application is due on the 15th of October, and I thought it wasn't due until the end of the month and I don't have anything. No recommendation letters, no cleaned up copy of some work or other that I've done to serve as a writing example, nothing. I've got none of it. I need to study for and take the GRE, I need to fill out applications and beg people for letters, do all my homework, and still somehow prove to my boss that I deserve the full time position and that i deserve to keep it IF i get it! I started writing down a list of the things I need to do and it took up most of a column on one page, and that wasn't even counting the fic that I still need to work on and oh god some days i hate being me!
