After a day in the 30s on Saturday, the temps have plunged into the sub zero range. We had rain before it got cold and snow on top of that. Dangerous windchills out there right now. No bike riding today. That's alright, I'm enjoying reading McDevitt's The Devil's Eye. Plus Chuck and Big Bang Theory are both on tonight.
I'm working at the 'berry today, working in the 600s pulling reserves. As I walk along I hear from one of our many computer banks someone shout out, "Hey!" I don't stop for Hey and kept on walking. Then I hear, "Hey! Bookman!", followed by finger snapping. Sorry, but I don't even turn my head for such poor manners. I wasn't even dressed in my Bookman uniform. Now if I was at the bookstore, I'd have gone over to see what was up, since I might show a sale for the effort and make some money for the store. Not so at the 'berry. You will get nothing but my back. Tell your friends. The person never even got up to approach me. That old internet sure does teach folks people skills.
Stay out of the wind.
