Both of these have been written recently.
Both I have no idea what they mean.
To quote Dr Phil, " Let's do it! "
(untitled)
There's a train that sometimes rolls
Iron wheels on iron tracks
Inside the passengers are cheering
Their luggage in bundles and stacks
Over the hills they go
Through fields and forests of green
Excited eyes of every size
Take in all there is to be seen
And when the ancient hands on
the grandfather clock hit four
Gold patterned coack doors open wide
And a fiest is wheeled onto the floor
Children run for bowls of jello
While the men all agree on wine
Groomed servents begin shaving the turkey
" Help Yourself! " proclaims a sign
But while everyone is feeding
And mountains pass outside
A single lonely boy
Comes up to a servent's side
" Please, sir, can you help me? "
The child speaks above the noise,
" I dont know how I got here
And neither to any of the other boys"
The servent gives him a smile
And serves him a piece of meat
" Dont be so glum, son,
Look up and not at your feet!
" Do you see all of these people eating
the young, the old, the wives?
They all asked me the same thing when your age
And have been here all their lives. "

Twelve Seventeen
They've begun to tune
their steel string harps
A saints choir sings
into the virgin night
On their backs, reaching for the sky
snow and strain reborn
Rising like the flames of phoenix
the wings of the burning bird
Sometimes you can hear the song
in the virgin night
If you told me you can hear it
I would tell you you're full of lies
