Yup.
I love technology.
No matter how much it dislikes me. Or doesn't agree with me. Or never complies with what I tell it to do. No matter what.
Why do I decide to say this?
Recently (last week,) my cats decided to "accidentally" knock over a very badly placed cup of tea on my windowsill. Very badly placed as in "when laying horizontal, it happens to pour directly in a straight line into the exact place my computer was laying vertically against the wall." o_e
I woke up to cats shaking tea off of their paws to see a teafall on the wall leading down to my computer and my first words of the day were "OH S&!+ MY COMPUTER GOT TEA IN IT!"
Wonderful way to wake up, isn't it. /sarcasm
First, removed the battery; then, wiped it down with a towel; put in in a tray of rice; took off the back to see if it was fried (No sign of any tea at all;) turned it on once/twice a day to see it turn on but not start up; waited; waited; waited.
Turned it on today after lunch to see it start running Windows Recovery; jumped up and down and scream "IT LIVES~!!!" ; danced like an idiot who just won the lottery; spread the word; got on computer.
Now blogging, still grinning like a madwoman.
