Weird
My right eyelid is swollen. Well, not the actual eyelid, the part that runs from the crease of my eye to my eyebrow, mostly in the inner corner. It's not swollen such that I can't open my eye, but it's enough that when I got home from work yesterday and looked in the mirror, I went, "What the hell's wrong with my eye?" It's puffier this morning, though I tried to sleep on my left side in hopes any fluid or whatever might drain out. It's weird. I have no trauma to the area. It's not itchy or red or painful at all, so it's not pinkeye and I can't see anything that might indicate an insect bite. The only thing I can think of is that Aaron and I yanked up the bedroom carpet Tuesday night, and maybe something got in there that irritated it. But then it would've been swollen yesterday morning and it wasn't. If it's still swollen tomorrow, I might take the morning off to go see the doctor. This just figures because I have a long day of conferences today, and Saturday is my bridal shower so 40 people are coming to see me.
I can only pray that nothing is wrong with my face on my wedding day!
In happier news, yesterday Aaron took me to Azteca for my birthday. And I had a very good margarita. That was not the cause of the swollen eye, btw. The eye was swollen pre-tequila.
