Kaleidoscope Deadline Reminder
Doers of darkness, the deadline for Kaleidoscope assignments is October 20, 9:00 PM PDT! If you find yourself unable to finish your assignment by the deadline, you may default for any reasons by selecting the Default button under your Kaleidoscope assignment page.
In addition, we're still looking for a volunteer for Pinch Hit #4 and just posted Pinch Hit #5 at Kaleidoscope Pinch-Hits for Arctic Expeditions RPF, The Legend of Tarik - Walter Dean Myers, Night Wanderer - Drew Hayden Taylor, Noah's Arc and Truth: Red White and Black. If you're interested in pinch-hitting for one -- or both -- of these requests, please send us an email at darkadmn AT gmail DOT com or PM us at
dark_administrator/darkadmn with your AO3 username (or if you don't have an account, send us your email address & we'll send you an AO3 invite for the pinch-hit claim). We hope to find pinch-hitters and receive submissions for these requests by October 26 in order for the challenge to go live so we would appreciate your help in signal-boosting!
Furthermore, as the deadline approaches, we expect to receive more notifications of assignment defaulting so if you are interested in helping us with pinch-hits, please make sure you're on our Pinch-Hits mailing list! We found a volunteer for the beta request for Tang Dynasty history and period culture, but if you're interested in beta-ing for Detective Dee and the Mystery of the Phantom Flame, we're sure the anonymous requester would appreciate more help!
