Canada Post Lockout

Wow. Well, it'll be nice to not have to worry about a mailbox full of stuff that's just going to get tossed anyway... But. What about bills and such? Sure there's online, but some stuff still comes as paper. That's...really inconvenient.

I became so suspicious when I saw my box was completely devoid of all junk mail, but didn't think much of it two days ago, since there was a pile of stuff to be redirected (there are shelves for junk/move/etc. in the middle of my apartment's mail area). Everything is automated except for my hydro bill, which I'm not expecting for three more weeks, but it still sucks. I have non-urgent mail I still want, and I know my two previous tenants are waiting for two important things they processed before they left. Post is such an expensive yet necessary business these days, no one is going to come out of the strike happy.
