[Scribbles] Continued (?) from yesterday + Perversions

There's something wrong with me. Intense stress brings out the... worst? The best? Extremes, in any case.

On the same day this post refers to (You'll remember that within that week or two, there was a disgusting amount of snow and it was horrifically cold, reaching -18C at one point during the night), but late at night when I was driving back, got bitten by the gorgeous moon, followed up by really dangerous but just as gorgeous pavement and I haven't seen anything like it since... I wanted to finally finish it since it's been on my mind since February and it's good to put this head to something, even if I'm not labouring over hundreds of cases.

Returning Home at Night

Frost on the ground
black pavement grey and sparkling,
falling down with the pull and
slowing in the turn,
graceful and unnoticed
but for its colour.

Frost shone with tracks,
tracks glistening with age,
my lights followed the path,
and I looked at the silence,
filling my ears with music
made quiet by the chill

Lingering from the moon,
laden with promises,
a giant round glint of light
on a pregnant belly,
heavy dark deep richness,
more blue than the black roads.

There was little light
given from blue to black,
but the ground shone with ice
and caught all the promises
whispered from the heavy sky
that bore down on city lights.

The belly brushed
the tops of trees as I climbed.
Standing over buildings,
the hill gave way to trees,
where road and sky opened,
but breathed weight upon me.

February 18 - April 12, 2011.

(Firstly, to give credit to Transfigurations by Resonant, which is glorious and needs to be reread for the... fourth time! Commentary was highly gratifying, particularly as I had many of the same thoughts.)

Since I wrote that after I rambled, it's time to ramble some more. I was really irritated, actually. I remembered I had written a large part, but I couldn't find it! Found another scrap of a scribble on one of those real estate notepads with most of the page ripped off, but nothing for this guy. Therefore, it was up to the school of thought, 'making stuff up as you go'. I don't know if I expressed the weight of the sensation enough. It's still prominent in my mind. Sigh. I'll need to have a huge purge of paper in two weeks. Time to memorize boring legal crap I'll forget within five minutes of vomiting out my brain cells.

And since I'm updating, might as well throw in some fandom, too.

I went through all of the anime for Initial D some time ago, but I don't think I've mentioned it. It's a really great series. Boys are great, I know nothing about cars, but it was great, and the adrenaline! Haaaah. I can feel my heart beating at the memory of the revving. There's a long story about how it took so long for me to get into it, but it's been a beautiful journey. I just need to read the manga now and relive all the action. XD

It's also really gay. (Don't start reading doujinshi halfway through the series. It's counterproductive in more than one way.) From the Third Stage, where the gay exponentially increases:

What did you do for your summer homework?
I wrote an exposition on Why I Love ONE PIECE. It's short, but I do believe it gets the point across.

I hate it when real life superimposes upon fandom. Out-of-court = OOC; In-court = IC. ;___;

initial d, rl: images, scribbles, one piece
