The Search for the Anchor Begins on VD!! (My 5x06 Thoughts)

- I can't blame him...I'd be worried too after the way they were discussing it
- Katherine starts her interrogation after she hooks him up to drain his blood

- Katherine is going to convince the society that she's Elena and human
- Caroline and Katherine give each other secretive looks

- Qetsiyah reveals that while in that safe, what gave Stefan hope was for his two loved ones to rescue him
- She wants him to suffer with the thought that they hadn't (yet she did rescue him)
CREDITS
So what happens to Silas now that the cure is outta his system and in Amara's? Does that mean he'll whither away like Katherine seems to be experiencing? Is it only happening to her now because the cure has left her system?
Since Qetsiyah lied about killing Amara, I think it's safe to assume again that there is a possibility that she lied about the 'doppelganger destiny'.
Speaking of Amara, I think that if she is hearing voices then it might be why she questioned whether Damon was real or not when she first saw him...maybe she is a medium like Jeremy.
I would say more but I have an essay I need to finish...

- Damon walks back in
- Bonnie tells Jeremy that it's okay, that she accepts him

- Jeremy goes back inside
Inside Warehouse
- Damon searches for Silas
- He comes across two witches...Travelers
- Travelers start chanting
- Damon walks into the sun, only to find his daylight ring not working...his skin burns
COMMERCIAL
Warehouse
- "Why do the witches go for the daylight." -Damon
- He makes a valid point
- Damon plunges his hand into one Traveler's heart and he demands for answers
- Travelers don't want Silas dead yet
- Damon doesn't care
- Damon kills both Travelers
Lab
- Dr. Wes gets Caroline's attention...its time to stop the draining
- Caroline compels Dr. Wes for answers
- Society is called the Augustine Society
- Dr. Wes revealed that the society has their own vampire and that that was who killed Megan
- Caroline compels Dr. Wes one more time before disappearing
- The woman from the society party arrives and tells Dr. Wes that Elena isn't a vampire
Cabin
- Qetsiyah/Stefan have their fun making dinner
- Elena doesn't believe that Stefan has a thing for Qetsiyah
- Qetsiyah moves to call Damon
- Stefan whispers to Elena about his intentions
- "I won't let her hurt you." -Stefan
- I'm pleased to hear that he hasn't truly sided with that vengeful psycho
- Qetsiyah learns that Travelers tried to stop Damon from killing Silas
- Qetsiyah concludes that the Travelers want Silas' blood (since he is the cure now)
- Does that mean the next person that drinks his blood will become human?
- Damon doesn't get why the Travelers want his blood
- Qetsiyah hints that the cured blood is needed to destroy the anchor
- She hangs up
- Stefan attacks Qetsiyah before telling Elena to run
- They disappear
Warehouse
- Damon can't believe that the anchor is Amara
- He comments on Qetsiyah's insanity and brilliance
- Silas finds Amara in a crate
- "Amara, you're still alive." -Silas
- Silas rushes to get blood into Amara's body
- Amara feeds and wakes up (for some reason I thought Amara might have a different eye color)
- OMG!!! My brother was right!!!
COMMERCIAL
Warehouse
- Silas rushes to get Amara out of the warehouse
- Amara is confused
- Silas revealed that he took the cure ("I was ready to die for you.")
- Amara and Silas hug
- Amara drinks from Silas ("I can't live another day.")
- Her eyes didn't go all vein-y
Lab
- Dr. Wes is surprised to see 'Elena' return with his recorder
- Katherine is intrigued by Dr. Wes' latest subject being abnormal
- What makes Jesse different as the Augustine vampire? He was turned by Caroline's blood so where does the difference come from?
- Katherine reveals that she's not Elena and that she needs Dr. Wes' help
- "I think I'm dying and I need you to save my life." -Katherine
- Oh she's gonna need it
Warehouse Parking Lot
- Amara shouts out (she's hearing voices)
- What if she's cursed?
- Amara stumbles across Damon
- "Are you real?" -Amara
"Are you?" -Damon
Boarding House
- Stefan and Elena walk in
- Elena is surprised that while Stefan has no memory, he's still him
- Stefan revealed that it was instinct for him to protect Elena
- Elena thanks Stefan for being him
- Stefan walks off and joins Damon and Jeremy
- Damon and Jeremy drink to a semi-victory (Stefan is back with them)
- Jeremy reveals that Bonnie is in the room
- Elena is determined to find another way
- Damon reveals that Amara has been cured and that they need to protect
- Elena is confused
- Damon opens the trunk of his car...revealing a tied-up yet struggling Amara
- "Elena meet Crazy Pants. Crazy Pants, meet Elena." -Damon
- Amara screams
- LOL for the intro!
Stefan's Room
- Stefan is surprised to find Qetsiyah in his room
- Qetsiyah thought Stefan was different but she was wrong
- As punishment, Qetsiyah gives Stefan back his memories
- Stefan begs her to stop
- She's heartless!!!
- Qetsiyah reveals that while in that safe, what gave Stefan hope was for his two loved ones to rescue him
- She wants him to suffer with the thought that they hadn't (yet she did rescue him)
CREDITS
So what happens to Silas now that the cure is outta his system and in Amara's? Does that mean he'll whither away like Katherine seems to be experiencing? Is it only happening to her now because the cure has left her system?
Since Qetsiyah lied about killing Amara, I think it's safe to assume again that there is a possibility that she lied about the 'doppelganger destiny'.
Speaking of Amara, I think that if she is hearing voices then it might be why she questioned whether Damon was real or not when she first saw him...maybe she is a medium like Jeremy.
I would say more but I have an essay I need to finish...
