Another 'Kill An Original' Plan is in the Works on VD (My Ep. 12 Thoughts)
And it snowed again today *sigh* And here I was hoping that I could wear my leather jacket for another day.
I didn't watch any VD rerun today but SPN's rerun was of Sam being taken by those season 1 hillbillies in 1x15. I also noticed that the character 'Missy' is the same actress who played Dean's amazon daughter, Emma, in season 7.
Anyways, my predictions for tonight's episode = Kol will be daggered = Damon's compulsion to kill Jeremy is undone

I am saddened by the idea of Elijah hearing the news of Kol's death...and I wonder what Elijah has heard anything about Silas.
The only thing I wanted after this episode is for Elena to think hard about Kol's words about Silas and yet based on the promo (their trip to get the cure), it doesn't look like she did.
Also no Caroline and Tyler tonight. I'm kind of relieved for no Caroline since she's anti-Delena.

- Stefan wakes up
- He looks like he wants to escape...yet isn't he the one that wanted to sleep with Rebekah?
- Stefan uses vampire speed to get changed
- Stefan tries to walk out -- Klaus stops him
- "Leaving so soon?" -Klaus
- TITLE CARD
- WEBCLIP #1 -- Rebekah's Room
- Rebekah doesn't appreciate Klaus' uninvited visit
- Rebekah works on getting her robe on
- Stefan is at the door with Klaus
- Klaus walks in and starts talking about Kol

- Klaus doesn't have his daggers anymore
- Rebekah taunts Klaus of this fact (saying he can't cope without them)
- Klaus comments on Kol's 'irrational fear' of Silas having put him over the edge

- Klaus reveals that he caught Stefan sneaking out of Rebekah's bed that morning

- Stefan comments about some villain-bonding -- he thinks of Klaus and Damon as the villains
- Stefan informs Klaus that he will let him know once he has the dagger from Rebekah

- Stefan hesitates but answers Elena's call
- Elena tells Stefan about Kol's attack on Bonnie
- Elena tells Stefan that she wants Jeremy to kill Kol
- Stefan is stunned
- Stefan starts his motorcycle up so that he can talk freely to Elena about her plan
- Stefan argues that Klaus and Rebekah would take revenge on them for killing Kol
- Elena tells Stefan that daggering Rebekah eliminates that outcome
- Stefan is conflicted about daggering Rebekah
- Elena says that Bonnie has a way to distract Klaus (since daggering is no option for him)

- Kol is walking while listening to his iPhone
- Kol gets a call from Jeremy (only its Elena)
- Elena wants to call a truce with Kol (over Silas)
- Jeremy and Matt get the weapons ready
- "If you want a truce, open the door and invite me in." -Kol to Elena

- Elena brings up 'old people' alcohol
- Kol reveals that his family once lived in New Orleans (before he was daggered)
- Elena convinces Kol to make the drinks
- Elena gets a text from Jeremy -- Bonnie is MIA
- Elena and Kol do small talk before Silas is brought up
- Rebekah's Room
- Matt searches for the dagger

- Elena learns about Silas
- Kol ran with witches that knew Silas

- Jeremy enters with his crossbow raised -- he lowers it when he sees Elena

- Kol enters abruptly (kicking the door open) and hunts Elena and Jeremy down (hide and seek)

- Bonnie argues with Abby about Expression
- Bonnie reveals that Prof. Shane is in jail

- Abby rushed to knock Bonnie unconscious (like she did when they first met)

- He certainly acts around her like he did with Lexi (just with the added sexual tension)

- Rebekah reveals that the dagger is hidden in her boot
- Stefan texts Matt without Rebekah noticing

- Kol chases Elena down
- It's quite a chase
- Elena and Jeremy tag team against Kol

- Rebekah admits that she does care and that she wants to be human

- Bonnie is awake (she overheard) and crushes the ingredients that Abby was mixing together

- Elena frees herself from being staked to the wall -- she let the stake slide through her body
- Kol prepares to chop Jeremy's arms off
- Elena intervenes and stabs Kol with the meat cleaver he had
- Jeremy gets free
- Jeremy sprays Kol with vervain water
- Elena grabs the white oak stake and tosses it to Jeremy
- Jeremy stakes Kol with the white oak stake -- Kol burns to death
- OMG!!!
- Damon's compulsion is gone *sighs* And here I thought they would only dagger Kol
- OMG...one of Elena's plans actually work...HA!!
- I guess its safe to say that Kol won't make it to the potential backdoor pilot for the spinoff
- Jeremy notices Klaus watching from outside -- Elena turns to look too
- Klaus looks distraught and furious

- I gotta say that I'm loving this Gilbert Sibling Teamwork! and to think they were the weak ones at the start

- Klaus questions Elena -- they fight
- Klaus threatens on burning the Gilbert house down and then killing both Gilberts when they flee
- Jeremy counters that Klaus wouldn't with the fact that he needs Elena alive for his hybrids
- Klaus reveals that he wanted the cure to destroy it, not to cure Elena

- Klaus is thrown into the living room -- he's trapped inside (like if he were in the tomb)

- Stefan reveals that he wants to find the cure for Elena AND Rebekah

- Jeremy mentioned some future assistance from Katherine Pierce in the art of fleeing Klaus
- Elena learns that Stefan didn't dagger Rebekah -- he claims that the Original is on their side
- Damon reveals that Stefan had slept with Rebekah
- Elena and Bonnie are stunned
- Stefan tells Damon to use the sire bond to get Elena to calm down
- Damon punches Stefan -- he doesn't like the insinuation that he's taken advantage of Elena
- Another moment in season 2 comes to mind -- Stefan seems to like goading Damon
- Jeremy screams and rips his shirt off, as if the clothes burns him -- the Mark is growing
- It seems like the perfect moment to flaunt Jeremy's fantastic torso *smirks*
- The vampires are stunned to see the mark grow for themselves
