I have crocus blooming! And one of the primroses- a purple one- is starting to open buds up. That area was under ice until day before yesterday.
Of course, on the down side, there are dozens of gopher and other rodent holes and tunnels exposed now. Several areas with plants have been ground zeroed by the little bastards. Will someone please invent a way of killing these things that won't also kill any cats or hawks that eat them!??!?
